KinderCare Learning Companies in Weymouth, MA is hiring a Teacher to guide early learners in a warm, structured environment. You will model best practices, mentor newer teachers, implement the center's curriculum, and collaborate with families to support children's growth.

The role requires 2–3 years in early childhood education, a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, and a passion for developmental learning. CPR/First Aid is preferred, and opportunities exist across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
