Stratford School Milpitas is seeking a dedicated Before and After School Teacher to supervise middle and high school students in indoor and outdoor settings and maintain a safe learning environment. Responsibilities include monitoring behavior during morning hours, collaborating with faculty, applying positive discipline, and providing attentive supervision and care, with light cleaning duties as needed.

Strong communication and prior experience with children are preferred; high school diploma

About the Role

The Before and After School Teacher is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise middle and high school students in indoor and outdoor settings. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.

What We Offer

• Pay range: $19.00-$23.75
• Shift Hours: Morning 7:20am to 8:30am and After School 3-6pm
• Part-time candidates may choose the shifts that work for them.
