Job summary
Grace Lutheran Foundation is seeking a part-time after-school program assistant in Altoona, WI. You will support kids before and after school with homework help, activities, and safe, engaging supervision in a lively, creative environment.
The role emphasizes being a positive role model, promoting social interaction, and contributing to a flexible schedule with no weekend shifts. Training on ProCare software is provided.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage in daily activities for school age children
- Interact with children through games and sports activities
- Help children socialize
- Lead arts and crafts activities
- Assist with homework questions
- Build and create lasting relationships
- Train on ProCare software
- Preparation of children's snacks
- Maintain communications with parents, school staff, and other staff members
- Additional duties as assigned
