Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Group Leader Assistant at Indian Head area to support before- and after-school programs in a safe, engaging environment. This role helps with daily activities and ensures students feel encouraged and included.

You will assist with curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts), uphold safety procedures, and work closely with teammates, families, and school staff to deliver a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 3–6 months experience in childcare educational setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
