This position helps in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. Under the guidance of a Site Director, Youth Workers are responsible for directly supervising a group of 6-12 children while engaging with them in a variety of high-energy activities throughout the day.
