AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Site Director in Malden, MA to lead an extended-day program aligned with school day schedules. The role focuses on running a smooth program, ensuring safety, and delivering a high-quality student and family experience.

You will manage daily operations, support curriculum delivery, supervise staff, and maintain licensing compliance. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong relationships with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• At least 3 years of experience in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.

• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events.
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.
