As the Site Director, Licensed School-Age Child Care, you'll lead every aspect of a licensed before school and after school program, creating a safe, engaging, and high quality learning environment where children can build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and discover their potential. You'll provide leadership for program operations, staff supervision, curriculum implementation, enrollment, family engagement, licensing compliance, fiscal stewardship, and continuous quality improvement while partnering closely with school leaders and families. This is a full-time, year-round position supporting a licensed before school and after school child care program. During the school year, Site Directors typically work a flexible schedule that supports both before school and after school operations, including:
During school intersessions and summer, Site Directors typically work Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Paid training, professional development, and occasional evening or weekend meetings, family events, and special events are required throughout the year.
