Enrichment Leader
The role of Before & After School Program – Enrichment Leader is to ensure the physical, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students are met in the out-of-school setting. They engage students by implementing high-quality, hands‑on enrichment programming and creating a nurturing environment where every student feels safe, valued, and engaged.

Hourly Rate: $17.75/hour
Reports To : Manager of Before & After School Programs and/or Before & After School Program Site Leader/Assistant Site Leader(s)
Wage/Hour Status : Non-Exempt
Employment Dates : August – June
Position hours vary. Total weekly hours will not exceed 29.75; exact hours are per individual employment agreement. Positions are scheduled in sessions (approximate 9‑week increments). Length of contract: one session with the opportunity to extend the position for additional sessions throughout the program year, pending satisfactory performance evaluation.
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
The usual and customary methods of performing the position functions require the following physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, reaching, driving, standing and walking. Working conditions may include extreme temperatures and humidity. Hazards may include exposure to communicable diseases. This position requires one to maintain emotional control under stress.
