AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Early Learning Professional to support before- and after-school activities at elementary sites in Maryland, with AM and PM shifts across two schools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• 3-6 months childcare experience in a licensed setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
