Job summary

Acquire4Hire is seeking a group leader for its school-based before and after school enrichment program in New Hampshire. The role is suitable for paraeducators or aspiring educators who can commit to a full or part-time schedule.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and develop engaging enrichment activities while ensuring children's safety in accordance with NH Licensing Rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or willingness to pursue college-level classes with scholarship assistance.
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children or relevant education-related credits.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive environment.
• Develop engaging enrichment activities that cater to the diverse interests and educational needs of the children.
• Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children at all times, adhering to NH Licensing Rules.
• Collaborate with the team, maintaining open communication with school staff and families to achieve common goals.
