Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum six months of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children’s development in literacy or the arts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the basic responsibilities of the Group Leaders.
• Implement enrichment activities for children.
• Supervise children during activities to provide enrichment.
• Provide academic support for children’s homework.
• Monitor group dynamics and track academic issues.
• Communicate with parents as needed.
