Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Assistant for Marian E. McKeown Elementary School in Newton, NJ. The role supports before and after school programs with a focus on safety, engagement, and learning in a school-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Must pass all required state background checks.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities per Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, arts, homework).
• Provide a safe, healthy, fun environment and model positive behavior.
• Observe state guidelines and program policies; support attendance, registration, and staffing when needed.
