Job summary

KIPP St. Louis is looking for a Site Coordinator to lead our Before & After Care program.

This part-time role will involve overseeing daily operations and managing program staff to create a safe, joyful environment for students while supporting their academic and social-emotional development. With a focus on equity and inclusion, you will work closely with families and community partners to enhance student experiences and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in youth development, education, or program coordination strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in education, youth programming, or community engagement.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of a safe, joyful, and well-organized Before & After Care program.
• Lead and manage program staff, including scheduling and role clarity.
• Guide planning of small-group experiences that strengthen students' development.
