KIPP St. Louis is seeking a Part‑time Site Coordinator for the Before & After Care program to lead daily operations and foster a joyful, safe environment. You will support staff, organize small‑group activities, and engage families to extend learning beyond the school day.
This 10‑month, grant‑funded role (20–25 hours/week) emphasizes equity, inclusion, and community partnership, with a focus on access and belonging for all students.
At KIPP St. Louis you will work with students and school teams to identify and support students who need extra support. You come every day equipped to improve student outcomes, identify and support students in small groups, and create targeted plans for student success! You’ll collaborate with classroom teachers, the student support team, and school administrators to identify and support students to find their pathway to the futures they choose.

As the Site Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the program—leading daily operations, building joyful routines, supporting staff, and connecting with families. You’ll help create a space where every child feels seen, supported, and excited to be there. Reporting to the Before & After Care Program Manager, this role also plays a key part in advancing KIPP St. Louis’ community work—breaking down barriers to access, fostering belonging, and embracing culturally responsive practices that reflect the brilliance of our kids and community.
