Job summary

Legends Global is seeking Beertenders to join the team for exciting live stadium events at the New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo. You will work in beer lanes, serving guests with quick, friendly service and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Openings are for a fast-paced, team-oriented environment around NFL season launch. Must be 18+, enjoy nightlife events, and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some customer service experience.
• Ability to attain required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to events.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Verify ID for all guests purchasing alcohol.
• Verify every payment is successful.
• Use POS system to enter purchases quickly and accurately.
• Perform closing tasks: cleaning, trash removal, storage.
• Provide quick, friendly service to all guests.
• Open all alcoholic beverages after purchase.
• Adhere to venue and company safety policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

THE ROLE

We are looking for Beertenders to join our team. As a Beertender, you are responsible for working in beer lanes, while providing exceptional guest service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Verify ID for all guests purchasing alcohol.
• Verifies every payment is successful.
• Accurately use the necessary POS system to ensure all purchases are quickly and accurately entered.
• Perform closing tasks such as cleaning assigned areas, trash removal, product storage, etc.
• Provide quick, efficient, accurate, and friendly service to all guests.
• Opens all alcoholic beverages after purchase.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

COMPENSATION

Salary of $11/hour plus tips.
