Role Overview

Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium – the new home of the Buffalo Bills – introduces you to a dynamic environment rich in state‑of‑the‑art technology to enhance fan experience. Join our team as a bartender, responsible for accurate service and accounting of all alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including inventory, while delivering great customer service.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, in compliance with company standards and state regulations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage products, food menus, promotions, and stadium offerings.
• Account for all inventory and ensure proper tracking of bar stock throughout each shift.
• Organize and complete all required cashier and sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Verify that all beverage menu pricing is accurate and properly displayed.
• Follow all Food & Beverage policies, procedures, and compliance standards; practice safe work habits and complete required venue and company safety training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to attain the required alcohol safety certifications prior to working events.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow directions effectively.
• Preferred: 2+ years Bartending experience.

Compensation

Competitive salary of $11 per hour commensurate with experience, plus tips.

Physical Demands

• Ability to maneuver up to 160 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to loud noises (e.g., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
