Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Server - Beer and Wine to guide guests in ordering food and beverages, with strong menu knowledge and prompt service.

You may cross-train as a Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher based on staffing needs. Responsibilities include greeting guests, knowing bar and menu items, recording orders accurately, handling transactions, verifying age for alcohol, and ensuring service in designated areas.

Formación

• Proof of age as required to serve or mix alcohol (state dependent).
• Basic food handling training and local certifications if required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with strong guest service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment to enhance the Guest experience.
• Accurately records food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely manner.
• Verifies identification to confirm Guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions.
• Ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only.
• Consistently uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate.
• Consistently wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Properly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position tasks.
• Adapts to frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management.
