BEER-WINE-LIQR/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department. Support the day-to-day functions of the Beer/Wine/Spirits operations. Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
- Ability to handle stressful situations
Desired Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Beer/Wine/Liquor experience
- Familiar with industry terms and processes
- Retail experience
- Knowledge of imported and domestic varieties, flavor profiles, and production methods
- Knowledge of industry trends in specialty wines and beers relevant to the customer
- Second language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

- Educate associates about current and upcoming promotions.
- Prepare seasonal critiques and assist in budget and financial reviews.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
- Update shelf tags and promotional signs regularly.
- Train staff on inventory management and computer-assisted ordering.
- Ensure proper temperature controls and logs for cases and coolers.
- Reinforce safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
- Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
