Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• Prefer 2+ years retail grocery experience with 1+ year in a Grocery department.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to work within the Beer and Wine Cafe.

Responsibilities

• Manages department by adjusting orders to meet customer demands while maintaining freshness.
• Promotes excellent customer relations and supervises associates in a polite, professional manner.
• Operates checkout procedures, bags merchandise, and ensures accurate transactions.
• Schedules associates, trains staff, and enforces 5S and health/OSHA guidelines.
