Job summary

A Head for Profits is seeking a part-time Draft Beer Quality Technician to service and clean draft beer lines for local bars and restaurants. You will visit customer sites on a regular route, focusing on quality and service while building strong relationships with managers and bartenders.

Training is provided, no prior experience is required. The role offers 6-7 hours per day, 3 days a week (18-21 hours weekly) with potential overtime, and shifts between 8am and 5pm on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Job Summary

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for cleaning and servicing draft beer lines to ensure local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will involve visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders on their route.

Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to provide excellent quality of work and customer service.

No previous experience required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

This position is part-time. The position will consist of 6-7 hours of work per day, 3 days per week. 18-21 hours per week total + possible overtime. The 3 days per week are flexible but will be during the week, Monday-Friday, within the hours of 8am-5pm. No early morning, evening, or night shifts available.

Starting Salary

• $24.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours

Transportation

• AHFP offers mileage reimbursement at a rate of $0.72 per mile
