Job summary

A Head For Profits is seeking a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure bars/restaurants serve top-quality draft beer. You will visit customer sites, maintain draft systems, and build relationships with venue staff to ensure excellent service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided on system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role offers a stable daytime schedule and a path for growth within the beer industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical requirements.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Hands-on/quick learner

Salary:

• $19.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime possibilties

Hours:

• Full-time position with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. (no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

• Company vehicle with gas, maintenance, and insurance.
