Job summary

A Head For Profits seeks a Draft Beer Quality Technician to ensure bars/restaurants serve top quality draft beers. You will visit customer sites to maintain systems, train staff, and build relationships with managers and bartenders.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided on system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role is full-time with standard hours in a Florida market and growth opportunities within the beer industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Hands-on learner with quick adaptability.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you are responsible for ensuring local bars/restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer. A typical day will be visiting customer locations to keep their draft beer systems clean and serving great beer as well as building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders.

No previous experience is required as we provide training on draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Hands-on/quick learner

Salary:

• $20.00/hr + growth opportunities and overtime hours

Hours:

• Full-time position with work scheduled Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-4:30 pm. (no nights, early mornings, or weekends but regular overtime opportunities are available)

Transportation:

• Company vehicle with gas, maintenance, and insurance.
