Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Account Merchandiser for South Lakeland, FL. The role involves traveling to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, rotate, and display products on assigned routes with a 6:00am start.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation.
• Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Job description

Account Territory: South Lakeland (Polk County)

• Shift: Full-time with a 6:00am start time
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement Monthly Car Allowance
• Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment)

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
