Job summary

The GIANT Company in Shrewsbury, PA is looking for team members to facilitate orders, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and track product loss from damage and out of codes, while performing all department tasks as needed.

You will support store operations, set up displays, assist customers, ensure alcohol purchases follow state limits with ID checks, and contribute to a safe, inclusive workplace across Pennsylvania and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be of minimum age as required by state Liquor code

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, prepare for duties, comply with PPE requirements.
• Complete orders, receive, store, stock items, check dates, and manage items going out of code.
• Set up and stock end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and do resets.
• Cut or flatten cardboard cartons, load onto container, and transport to the bailer.
• Handle customer transactions at the register, ensure proper ID for alcohol purchases and adherence to state limits.
