Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member to facilitate orders, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and track product loss from damage and out of codes while performing department tasks as needed.

You will review the work schedule at the start of each shift, prepare required PPE, set up end caps and displays, and assist customers at the register including alcohol purchases with age verification.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to perform duties.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be of minimum age as required by state liquor code.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, prepare required PPE, and ready for duties.
• Complete orders, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, track items going out of code, and perform department tasks as needed.
• Set up and stock end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and perform resets.
• Cut or break down cardboard cartons, load onto equipment, and transport to the bailer.
• Handle customer transactions at the register, verify customer age for alcohol purchases, and follow state limits.
