Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Beer Analytics Team in developing and executing the analytics agenda. You will translate consumer and marketplace trends into strategic insights for the executive team and guide resources to implement next-gen analytic capabilities.

You will coach internal and external partners, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape the company’s beer brands’ performance in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics experience, preferably in the Alcohol Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Deep understanding of strategic frameworks and analytic techniques.
• Proactive solving of complex issues with incomplete information.
• Strong understanding of marketplace drivers and syndicated data analyses.
• Experience translating advanced analytics into actionable insights for executive decisions.
• Ability to lead and coach cross-functional teams to deliver impact.
