Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Senior Manager on the Beer Analytics Team to lead the analytics agenda across the Beer Division. You will translate consumer and marketplace trends into strategic narratives for the executive team and guide internal and external partners to deliver actionable insights.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coach analysts, and shape the analytics roadmap, collaborating with beer leadership to tie priorities to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in analytics or a related field.
Strong understanding of consumer and marketplace data.
Proven ability to translate analyses into actionable business insights.
Excellent written and oral communication, with ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

Provide high level strategic thinking on complex analytics projects.
Deliver analyses and storylines linking consumer behavior to market trends for executive use.
Partner with Beer Division leaders to align priorities with strategic initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated analytics capabilities.
Coach internal and external analytics partners to improve performance and insights.
Communicate clear, concise recommendations to influence strategy.
