Job summary

Qualifications

• Meat cutting experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides polite, friendly greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepares knife-ready products for sale (cut, slice, trim, wrap, weigh, and price).
• Assists in receiving, inventory, and storage.
• Prices, stocks, and rotates meat/seafood items.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and sales floor.
• Ensures product freshness and proper dating.
• Communicates shrink and guest requests to management.
• M akes announcements for sale items in the meat/seafood department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
