Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 45 pounds and perform repetitive lifting 600–1200 times per day.
• Able to push, pull and use both hands/arms at waist level or above shoulder height.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a combination of tasks in the meat processing facility, trimming product to company specs.
• Handle offal and trim/prepare beef products for sale, moving from untrimmed items to fully trimmed items.
