Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC is seeking a Production Worker - Fabrication to operate on a production line, de-bone, trim, or cut according to customer specifications. You will model a workforce standard and promote a Creekstone Proud culture through positive attitude and actions.

The role requires standing long hours on concrete, handling knives and occasionally power equipment, in a cold (under 45°F) environment and at a fast pace.

Qualifications

• Stand entire shift on concrete or elevated platform.
• Lift up to 60 lbs for knife positions and 100 lbs for non-knife positions occasionally.
• Work in a cold and damp production environment.
• Operate hand tools and occasional power equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, fabricate and package beef products on a production line.
• Use knives, hooks, and may operate saws or wizard knives as needed.
• Maintain pace in a fast, physically demanding environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
