Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one functional rehabilitation at the patient's bedside. You will conduct evaluations, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient independence and recovery in a high‑performing rehab environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy, an active OT license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT required and an active state license.
• BLS certification required per policy guidelines.
• Experience in inpatient OT and bedside care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and plans OT programs in an inpatient acute setting.
• Provides direct bedside OT services 7 days a week, including holidays.
• Supervises OT assistants, rehab techs, volunteers and students.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes and discharge planning.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for patient discharge and outcomes.
