Qualifications

• Willingness to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (or other languages) a plus.
• Experience with sales processes and tech-enabled selling tools.
• Enthusiastic, high energy, and team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH diagnostic system and proven selling process.
• Assist customers to find product solutions that improve sleep quality.
• Maintain showroom presentation and load purchases for customers.
• Represent Mattress Warehouse with a positive, customer‑focused approach.
