Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager, Product Development - Bedding to shape compelling bedding assortments through style, quality, performance, and value. You’ll lead product development from concept to commercialization with cross-functional teams across Design, Merchants, Sourcing, Quality, Packaging, Site Experience, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate blends strong product and textile knowledge with design sensibility, commercial thinking, and a passion for creating great products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/design or related field; 2 years in design/merchandising/marketing or 4 years in related area.
• Customer service, data analysis, Microsoft Office, SQL listed as preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development across bedding categories from briefs to commercialization.
• Translate consumer insights, trends, and design direction into scalable, commercially successful products.
• Set clear product specs, technical requirements, and performance standards to speed up development
• Collaborate with Design to elevate aesthetics, materials, finishes, construction, and appeal.
• Manage timelines and coordinate across functions to ensure on-time execution and cohesive product experience.
