Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 10+ years Healthcare Experience are required.
• 1-3 years Progressive Leadership are required.
• Licensure as RN/NP/PA/Paramedic/DO/MD is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bed placement and transfer operations.
• Lead the Patient Flow Specialist team and oversee staffing, development, and quality.
• Schedule Patient Flow Specialists and monitor performance.
• Track bed availability, census, and resource use to remove bottlenecks.
• Represent bed placement in meetings and external communications.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline bed placement and transfers.
• Coordinate transfers during surge events with leadership and partners.
• Analyze data to forecast demand and optimize bed management.
• Maintain communication with departments and external facilities.
