Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide one-on-one home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Bedford area. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• PCA, Caregiver, HHA, LNA, CNA or related experience welcomed.
• New caregivers are encouraged to apply — training provided.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Run errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor changes in clients' health and report concerns.
• Create a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
