Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Bed Bug Service Specialist to inspect and treat bed bugs for residential and commercial customers. You will communicate with customers courteously and ensure premises are left as clean as when you arrived.

You will perform visual inspections, document reports, and use PPE, inspection equipment, and small tools. A valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bed Bug Service Specialist inspect and treat bed bugs.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous manner and leave premises and furnishings as clean as when you arrived.
• Perform visual bed bug inspections and treatments when necessary.
• Document and complete customers' reports.
