Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors is seeking ambitious mid-career professionals to partner as Chief Executive Officer in an Operator-Led Buyout program. You will lead a 24-month search to acquire and run a SME in the US, backed by NCA’s support and an attractive incentive package comprising base compensation and equity in the acquired company.

Successful candidates will search, acquire, and manage one company, using strategic growth plans and market-entry initiatives.

Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
Executive MBA or MBA preferred.
Min. 10+ years running and growing businesses or business units in the US.
Strong motivation toward entrepreneurship.
Expertise or vision in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, or Distribution & Logistics.

Responsibilities

Establish a search process with defined criteria to generate deal flow for acquisition in the US.
Manage the acquisition process with Investment Management support.
Step into the CEO role of the acquired company.
Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans for growth.
Grow top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
Review and optimize product/service offerings and brand positioning.
Lead market entry and expansion strategies as needed.
Ensure efficient operations and profitable growth.
