Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors seeks motivated mid-career professionals to partner and lead a SMEs acquisition via the OLBO program. You will spearhead a 24-month search, with comprehensive support and an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Please note we do not invest in startups; successful candidates will search, acquire and manage a US-based company as CEO.

Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
Min. 10+ years of proven track record running and growing businesses or business units in the US.
Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship.
Deep expertise/vision in Business Services, Software/Tech-Enabled, or Distribution & Logistics.

Responsibilities

Establish a search process to generate deal flow and identify a business to acquire in line with criteria.
Lead the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
Step into the CEO role of the acquired company.
Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans for growth.
Grow top-line via marketing and sales initiatives; review offerings and branding.
Manage geographic expansion and market entry strategies when needed.
Ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
