Bristol City Council is seeking a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, issuing penalties as required and helping keep Bristol’s roads safe. You’ll be a visible ambassador in the community, answering questions and guiding drivers in various locations.

We value a real people person with strong communication skills, who can stay calm under pressure and work well both independently and in a team. DBS check is required and sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Issue Penalty Charge Notices to unenforced parkings and ensure roads are safe.
• Promote fairness and safety; be a visible ambassador for Bristol City Council.
• Answer questions from passersby and help motorists with parking guidance.
