Inclusive Surrogacy invites women to join a network of surrogates who help create families. Surrogates may choose from compensation packages and receive ongoing guidance, legal support, and a dedicated coordinator to ensure a smooth journey.

The program covers travel for IVF-related steps, monthly allowances, start-of-medication fees, per-transfer payments, and comprehensive protections, with a strong emphasis on safety, consent, and personal wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Be 21–43 years old.
• Have given birth to at least one child.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries with OB/GYN approval.
• Live in a stable supportive environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; no drug use.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultations provided).
• Not currently receiving government assistance.
• No prior surrogacy experience required.
