Inclusive Surrogacy invites you to become a surrogate to help create families while receiving comprehensive support. You can choose your own Intended Parent match, with immediate matches available, and select a compensation package aligned with your needs.

The agency provides personalized guidance, HIPAA and legal support, and ongoing coordination. Surrogates receive travel coverage for IVF-related costs, monthly allowances, per-transfer payments, and substantial pre-pregnancy and pregnancy

Qualifications

• Women ages 21 to 43
• Must have given birth to at least one child in your care
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval to become pregnant
• Living in a stable and supportive environment
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free
• No felony convictions
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided)
• Not receiving government financial assistance such as food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance
• No prior surrogacy experience required
