Qualifications
- Must be 21–43 years old and have given birth to at least one child
- OB/GYN approval for pregnancy and uncomplicated pregnancies
- Stable living environment and supportive family setting
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle
- No felony convictions
- Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements
- Not currently receiving government assistance
- No prior surrogacy experience required
