Qualifications

• Must be a woman aged 21–43.
• Must have given birth to at least one child.
• Uncomplicated pregnancies with OB/GYN approval.
• Living in a stable and supportive environment.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Healthy, non-smoking lifestyle; drug- and vape-free.
• No felony convictions.
• Willing to sign HIPAA and legal agreements (attorney consultation provided).
• Not receiving government financial assistance (e.g., food stamps, housing aid, or cash assistance).
• No prior surrogacy experience required.

Responsibilities
