Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic individuals for an entry-level sales/customer service role. You will engage customers, meet daily sales goals, and educate clients on tanning guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, up to 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Ensure all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open/close business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
