Job summary
Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic, sales-focused individuals to represent our brand in a fast-paced, beauty and wellness environment. We offer a generous base pay with a commission program and a multiplier, plus employee discounts and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.
Positions available include both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling. Training is provided to help you grow within the company, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
- Must be able to stand for 7+ hours daily.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
- Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure company and legal requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon.
- Handle cash and assist with opening/closing the business.
- Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
