Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure company/compliance standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open/close the store and manage daily paperwork and goal tracking.
