Job summary

TESO LIFE, part of TESO Group, is seeking a Beauty Team Leader to drive merchandising, replenishment, and tester management in the Beauty area. The role emphasizes accurate pricing, clean displays, and prompt resolution of issues while supporting stockroom organization and receiving tasks.

You will coach team members, ensure smooth daily operations, and contribute to an engaging shopping experience through proactive service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma / vocational secondary school or above.
• Experience: Retail experience preferred; training available for candidates without experience.
• Knowledge: Familiar with product merchandising, replenishment, price labels, expiration management, customer service.
• Core competencies: Execution, responsibility, service, attention to detail, communication, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Beauty area with shelf placement, front facing, and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate price labels and promotional displays.
• Correct out-of-stocks, misplacements, and report issues for resolution.
• Perform daily replenishment, FIFO rotation, and inventory feedback.
• Lead customer service and provide product recommendations.
• Coach new employees and oversee area execution.
