Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Comfortable with makeup application and skincare services.
• Possession of cosmetology or demonstrator licenses as required by state regulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead beauty team to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences through relationships with clients, vendor teams and community.
• Drive sales through promotions and events and execute omni-channel processes.
• Enhance product knowledge and clienteling to engage customers.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing learning to improve team selling skills.
• Support inventory and merchandising aligned with vendor directives.
• Schedule management to align with business needs and events.
