Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Premiere Entertainment, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic sales people to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The role is geared toward achieving sales goals in a commission-driven environment with flexible scheduling and training opportunities.

Ideal candidates are motivated, able to educate customers on tanning services, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining a clean salon and handling cash with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling; opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
