Starting pay: $12.50 plus commission. Immediate positions available — apply now!

Responsibilities include:

• Completing a 5-week manager training course with performance metrics
• Hiring, developing, and maintaining store staff
• Creating a positive environment for employees and customers
• Meeting performance metrics and assisting employees to meet theirs
• Analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue
• Meeting banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements
• Controlling expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance
• Managing daily store tasks to ensure cleanliness, stock, and organization
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to motivate others effectively
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
